Foie Gras is considered a millenary pleasure and a pillar of our gastronomy.

The aim of our tasting is to allow the attendees to understand the different types of foie gras available on the market as well as the process used to make them, all explained by an expert. A pleasure for your senses.

Inspired on oriental aromas, the Szechuan pepper has a spicy aromatic flavor which combined with the duck foie gras is an invitation to perfection.

Faroes Millefeuille Foie gras (with figs): Bloc of foie gras layered with fig marmalade.

Mediterranean harvest Foie gras: Bloc of foie gras marinated with “moscatell” and combined with grape marmalade.
