Cheese tasting in Barcelona or Madrid
Spain has about 100 different varieties of Cheese. Every region has its own specialty, covering a full range of cheese types, from fresh to cured, to fermented and blue-veined. One essential characteristic is the type of milk used in the production. Depending on the area, time of the year, climate, or tradition, cheeses are made of cows’, sheep’s, goats’ milk, or of a mixture of two or all three types of milk.
Our proposal is to held a cheese tasting in a selected restaurant in the city. You will be able to taste more than 6 different cheeses from different regions while an expert explains you their origin and elaboration process.
And for those who love cheeses we can also organize a private cheese tasting in a wine shop. You will taste a wide range of cheeses while an expert will answer all your questions. Cheeses will be matched with Spanish wines.
