Tarragona wine tour : oil and gastronomic tourisme in Tarragona
At La Boella estate three olive varieties are cultivated to obtaining their best oils with clear differences between each one of them: Arbequina, Arbosana and Koroneiki. In the cellar the following processes are carried out: grape selection, vinification at a controlled temperature, and ageing in hungarian and French oak barrels. Vineyards: 6.5 hectares of vines with the following varieties: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot with D.O. Tarragona.
